THE HOUSE RULES
This is a hobby site with no plans. It's free, indefinitely — there's no paid
tier, no plans for one, no card to enter and nothing to cancel. Not "free for now while we
build the paid version," because there isn't one being built.
The no-plans part is the whole story, and it cuts both ways: TwoGun builds this for fun,
on a whim, whenever he feels like it. There's no roadmap, no schedule, and nothing here is
promised. Things get added, rewritten, or quietly deleted. Some of it may break. Some of it
may never get finished. The whole site is an elaborate, permanent beta — that's the deal,
and at $0 it's a pretty good one.
WHAT IS TWOGUNGPT?
TwoGunGPT is a free draft companion plus a slowly growing shelf of research tools
and other fantasy football goodies. The draft board rebuilds its rankings for your
league's exact scoring and roster rules (how the math
works), then rides shotgun on draft day, re-ranking everyone left as the picks come off
the board (what draft-day help looks like). Around it: mock
drafts against bots, research tools, and whatever gets built next.
TwoGunGPT is free, indefinitely. Every tool here — the Draft Room, the adaptive draft
assistant, custom scoring, player comparisons, the bot itself — costs $0. There's no paid
tier and no plans for one. No card to enter, nothing to cancel.
It's a hobby with no plans, and it's run like one: built on a whim, updated whenever,

THE ADAPTIVE DRAFT ASSISTANT
The adaptive draft assistant is a live co-pilot for your draft. As each pick comes off
the board it re-reads the room — who's still available, who you've already rostered, which
positions you still need, and your league's exact scoring and settings — and updates its
next-pick recommendation in real time. It's not a static cheat sheet you print out. It's a
live assistant that adjusts to your draft as it happens. Free.

Is it really free?
Yes, and free indefinitely. No account, no email, no credit card — open it and
draft. There's no paid tier and no plans for one. This is a hobby project, not a business
— there's no plan here at all, which is rather the point.
How often is the site updated?
On no fixed schedule. Things get added, changed, or pulled whenever TwoGun feels like
it — some weeks bring several new tools, some months bring nothing at all. Treat the
whole site as a permanent beta and you'll have a good time.
Does it work with my league's scoring rules?
That's the whole point. Use an ESPN, Yahoo, Underdog or DraftKings preset, or go full
custom — receptions, touchdown values, bonuses, roster sizes, superflex. The rankings
recompute for your settings instead of showing everyone the same list.
Can it help me during a live draft?
Yes. Keep it open next to your draft room and tap players as they get picked. The board
re-ranks everyone left for your league, and TwoGun comments on the picks as they happen.
Where do the projections come from?
Player projections are licensed from StatRankings.com. The Draft Room computes draft values from
them for your league — it never republishes their raw data.
Do you store my drafts or my data?
Only if you want it stored. After you do a draft, you have the option of creating an
account and storing your drafts. You can track your exposure or get in-season content
specific to your teams.
Are you doing in-season content?
Maybe. No promises — see above re: hobby. If enough people give a shit about the
Draft Room and I'm still having fun, sure.
