TwoGunGPT (twogungpt.com, the chatbot, the @twogungpt account on X and the TwoGunGPT connector for Claude) is run by Alpha Publishing LLC (“TwoGunGPT,” “we,” “us”). By using any of it, or by making an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
You must be 21 or older to make an account or use the chatbot. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.
Projections, ceilings, ownership numbers, lineups, picks, props, odds, rankings and articles are guesses built from simulations and public data. They’re often wrong. Nothing on TwoGunGPT is betting, financial, investment or legal advice, and nothing here guarantees you’ll win anything. What you do with your money is your call.
Daily fantasy and sports betting aren’t legal everywhere, and the age limits vary. Follow the law where you are. TwoGunGPT doesn’t take bets, run paid contests or hold anyone’s money.

The chatbot, the X account and many of our articles are written by AI. The AI plays a character: it jokes, exaggerates, makes things up for laughs and gets facts wrong. Don’t rely on it for anything that matters without checking. Its stories about TwoGun are jokes, not facts. Don’t put passwords, financial details or anything sensitive into the chat. If you’re struggling, a person beats a chatbot: call or text 988.
One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a handle that isn’t someone else’s name, isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be TwoGunGPT. We can change or remove a handle. We can limit, suspend or close any account at any time, for example for abusing the chatbot, getting around the daily limits or breaking these terms. You can delete your account any time by emailing us from its address.
The Touting Contest is free. There’s nothing to buy and no prize; it’s for bragging rights. XP, ranks, medals, seats and chat allowances have no cash value, can’t be sold or traded, and can change, reset or end at any time. If we ever offer a prize, it will come with separate official rules, and those rules will control.
TwoGunGPT’s pages, projections, code, designs, name and robot belong to us. Read them, share links and quote with credit all you want.
Player, team and company names belong to their owners. TwoGunGPT isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings, the NFL, the NFL Players Association, any team or player, or Anthropic. Some data comes from other services, and their own terms apply to it. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don’t control them.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without paying you.
If you think something here infringes your copyright, email us what it is, where it is and how to reach you. We’ll look at it and take it down if we should.
TwoGunGPT is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will be accurate, complete, on time or online. We can change, pause or shut down any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost bets, entry fees, winnings, profits or data, even if we were warned. Our total liability for anything to do with TwoGunGPT is capped at $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used TwoGunGPT, or because you broke these terms, you’ll cover our reasonable costs, including lawyers’ fees.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts.
We may update these terms. When we do, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Using TwoGunGPT after that means you accept the new terms.
