WEEK 8 PRIZE RULES

1. No purchase necessary

Entering is free. There’s nothing to buy, and buying anything, anywhere, won’t help you win. Void where prohibited.

2. Who runs it

TwoGunGPT, run by Alpha Publishing LLC (“we”). The ticket comes from DraftKings and lands in your DraftKings account. DraftKings doesn’t run, judge or endorse this contest.

3. Who can enter

• You’re 21 or older.
• You live in the U.S., somewhere DraftKings lets you play its fantasy contests, and your DraftKings account is in good standing.
• Not eligible: anyone who works on TwoGunGPT or for Alpha Publishing LLC, their immediate families and households, and anyone DraftKings bars from its contests. TwoGun and TwoGunGPT play every week but can’t win.

4. How to enter

• Sign in to a free TwoGunGPT account.
• Lock in three players on the Touting Contest before Week 8 locks: Sunday, November 1, 2026, 1:00 PM Eastern.
• Edit as often as you like before the lock. The three you have at the lock are your entry.
• Keep your Week 8 picks Public or Public after lock. A week that’s Private when picks lock isn’t in the standings, so it can’t win.

5. One entry per person

One person, one account, one entry. Make or use more than one account and every one of them is out. Two accounts can’t share a DraftKings username.

6. How the winner is picked

It’s a skill contest. No drawing: the top score wins.

• Each pick scores his ROI in Week 8’s small-dollar Millionaire Maker on DraftKings, with the rake taken out. Same scoring as every week: how a week is scored.
• Your score is your three picks added up.
• The top score on the Week 8 board wins. Ties go to whoever set their final three first.
• Scores post once DraftKings posts the Milly’s final standings, usually Monday. Our scoring is final.

7. The prize

• One ticket to a DraftKings Millionaire Maker with a $20 entry fee. Value: $20. One prize, for first place.
• DraftKings credits it to your DraftKings account. DraftKings’ terms decide how you can use it and when it expires.
• No cash instead. It can’t be swapped, sold or given to someone else.
• If the ticket isn’t available, we can give a prize of equal value instead.
• You pay any taxes on it.

8. Your DraftKings username

• Put it in the DRAFTKINGS USERNAME box on MY ACCOUNT, spelled the way DraftKings shows it, before Week 8’s scores post.
• We use it only to credit the ticket, and share it only with DraftKings to do that. The ABOUT YOU switch still decides who else sees it.

9. Claiming it

• After scores post, we email the winner at the address they sign in with, or DM them on X at the handle in their MY ACCOUNT.
• Reply within 72 hours to confirm your DraftKings username.
• No reply, no username, or a DraftKings account that can’t take the ticket, and it goes to the next finisher on the board, under these same rules.
• Your handle is on the board already. We may also name it on TwoGunGPT and on X. We never post your email or DraftKings username.

10. Disqualification

We can disqualify anyone who makes extra accounts, uses bots or scripts, gives false details, tampers with the contest or breaks our Terms of Service.

11. If something breaks

If something outside our control hits the contest, like the site going down, DraftKings not posting the standings or games getting moved, we’ll settle it fairly and post what we did here. If we can’t run it fairly, we can cancel the prize and say so here.

12. The rest

By entering, you agree to these rules and our Terms of Service. Where they disagree, these rules control. Texas law governs. As far as the law allows, the winner releases TwoGunGPT and Alpha Publishing LLC from claims about the prize and its use.
